I bought this nice piece of electrical equipment for my wife birth day present but suddenly it won't shuffle the song and i rang technical department infairness they are very helpful. they told me to reset the ipod which takes an hour but it,s still doing the same and it's end up sending back to them.

I've had this touch for a while now. It's so easy to use- the touch screen is very accurate and the 'buttons' are the right size.
It's great to see so many apps plus they have a free section so you don't HAVE to pay.
The music detail is slightly better,clearer and more detailed than the nano's (possibly it's because of the bigger capacity)
Overall I just love the touch. You can never get bored on this thing.

This Ipod 16gb is truly Amazing,
I bought this Ipod late February and ever since it has been a life saver for me on the local bus and many daily activities. I think apple have made the best ipod so far with the touch mainly because of the touch screen and the needs you need e.g. E-mail, Music, Watch films, a basic calculator and a scientific calculator and finally web surfing. There have been no problems since i have bought it except i have found the earphones to be slightly uncomfortable after an hour of listening to your music but overall i think it is well worth the money for such an amazing machine.
