I was initially dubious about buying this, but could not have been more wrong! It really is the next best thing to an ipod nano. It performs the same functions for a fraction of the price. It was easy to download music (don't be put off by the lack of written instructions, it really is easy!), and it gets great reception on the radio. All that, and great to look at too. I would highly recommend this product for adults and children alike.

Bought this for a older relative. No instructions included with it. After charging for 24 hours, tried to work out what buttons did what. Constantly froze and had to be turned off and re-started. Sometimes wouldn't even turn on - once froze with 'Welcom' on the screen. Must be THE worst MP4 player out there. Very disappointed.

Prompt delivery but unfortunately the item had a damaged cable so needed replacing Customer services rang to advise that they would re-deliver which took four days. Still good value for money and would use this company again as they kept us informed

Bought this item a few weeks ago and found that it works very well with Amazon download software. It does not pretend to be an Ipod, if I wanted that quality level I would have paid the extra £100. What I have found is that when used with a JBL docking station the sound quality is excellent. It is ideal as a travel companion and, worse case scenario, if lost or stolen, it is hardly the end of the world @£26. Well pleased with this purchase. Also I omitted to select my choice of colour with the original order, company contacted me soonest and problem was resolved and item despatched.
