My MP3 Centre provides an easy and quick way to find great value products at the very best prices, in association with Amazon.co.uk .
Q. How does the shopping cart work?
A. When you find an item that you would like, click "Add to cart" to place it in your shopping cart. If you want to order more items, click "Continue shopping" to return to the site.
Once you are happy that you have everything you want in your cart, click "Checkout". At this point, you will leave this site and your shopping cart will be merged with your cart on Amazon.co.uk to complete your order.
Q. Can you help me with my order?
A. Our sites are used to promote products sold through Amazon.co.uk by Amazon and its third-party Marketplace sellers. We don't have any involvement with your actual order, payment or delivery. If you are unhappy with your order when it's received, then your purchase is covered by the Amazon A-z Buying Guarantee Protection (if bought from a Marketplace seller) or by Amazon itself if bought direct.
Q. How do I contact a Marketplace seller?
A. You will need to go to the Amazon.co.uk web site to do this. First of all, find the Amazon part number for the product that you are querying. This is a 10-digit code called an ASIN and can be seen as a bulletpoint in the item details or possibly in the URL for the item on a Box 148 site. For instance, the Mario Kart game for the Nintendo Wii has an ASIN of B000XJNTNS. If your query is about a book, you will need the ISBN number that is also in the product details.
Go to the Amazon.co.uk website and enter that ASIN code in the search box. The item will be displayed. To find the seller, click on the link that will look similar to:
26 used & new available from £29.04
Click on the "new" tab to show the new offers currently available through Amazon. You will see a list of sellers displayed - to find the contact information for a specific seller, click on "Delivery rates" in their summary. This will open up a tabbed information page for that seller. The contact information is usually on the 'At a glance' or 'seller help' tab. If there isn't an email or phone number shown, you can use the Amazon contact us form - you will need to sign in to Amazon.co.uk to do this.
It sounds complicated, but it is really quite easy.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. All orders are processed by Amazon.co.uk using their secure payment processing service. Your transaction will be made with Amazon.co.uk rather than our site. If you buy an item from a Marketplace seller and receive an email asking for payment outside of Amazon's payment mechanism, then please don't pay directly or continue with that order. You won't be covered by Amazon's guarantees.
Q. What are the postage charges?
A. Amazon.co.uk offer a range of shipping options for products that are supplied directly by them. Amazon Marketplace sellers will make an additional postage charge for the item - you can see this charge in your Amazon.co.uk shopping basket once you check out from My MP3 Centre. Alternatively, if you go direct to Amazon.co.uk and search for your item, the postage charges will be shown if you click on either the 'more buying choices' link or 'XX new and used available' links.
Q. Can I get free shipping?
A. Yes, if you buy an item direct from Amazon.co.uk , and the order is over £5, you will be eligible for free shipping.
Q. Is this a scam?
A. Not at all! Our sites exist as promotional vehicles for products sold on Amazon.co.uk . In return for our investment in promoting products from the Amazon.co.uk website, we receive a small commission on all sales from Amazon. If you return the item, we don't receive the commission. We have no access to your personal details (other than an IP address when the order is placed) or credit/debit card information and have no involvement with the order processing or delivery. It is completely safe to buy through a Box 148 site.
Q. Got another question?
A. If you have been unable to find an answer from either Amazon.co.uk or our site, please feel free to contact us. We can't pretend that we know everything there is to know about Amazon's product range but we will do our best to help. Please e-mail support@box148.co.uk for assistance.
